I am still using the backpack I bought from them for grad school in 2016. I sent it in for repair once, but don't know if they still do that service.

I have a MEC 35L hiking backpack from 2012 I bought for like $70 and I will absolutely keep using it until it falls apart based on the quality and high prices of new, comparable stuff.
